Yes. Our blood pressure watch holds FDA 510(k) clearance, meaning it has been reviewed and authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety and effectiveness. This sets it apart from the vast majority of consumer smartwatches that make health claims without regulatory approval.

How accurate is the blood pressure monitoring?

Our device uses clinically validated sensors to measure blood pressure continuously from the wrist. While no wrist-based device replaces a traditional cuff for clinical diagnosis, our FDA-cleared technology provides reliable trend data for daily health monitoring. Always consult your physician for medical decisions.

What health metrics does the device track?

Our health wearables track a comprehensive range of metrics including:

How long does the battery last?

Battery life varies by model and usage, but typically lasts 5–7 days on a full charge with continuous monitoring enabled. Charging takes approximately 1–2 hours.

Is the device waterproof?

Our devices are water-resistant with an IP68 rating, meaning they are protected against sweat, splashes, and brief submersion. They are not designed for swimming or prolonged water exposure.

FSA & HSA Eligibility

Are your devices FSA/HSA eligible?

FDA-cleared medical devices may qualify for FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) reimbursement. Eligibility depends on your specific plan and whether you have a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician. We recommend verifying eligibility with your plan administrator before purchasing.

How do I pay with my FSA/HSA card?

You can use your FSA/HSA debit card at checkout just like a regular debit card. If your card is declined, your plan may require an LMN — contact your plan administrator for guidance.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options are coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order directly through our app after logging in with your account. Once your order ships, you will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use either the app or the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy on all purchases. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at sales@owensassetfundgifts.com to initiate a return.

What does the warranty cover?

All devices come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. See our full Warranty Policy for details.

How do I file a warranty claim?
